Huddle Rooms and Spaces
Huddle rooms are defined as small conference areas that are equipped with audio, video and display system technology. These rooms are often used by groups of 3-6 people who want to get together for impromptu, or previously scheduled, meetings to collaborate on projects.
The center of group collaboration for 6 to 12+ is the conventional conference room – now ideally equipped with the intuitive Zoom experience for dispersed teams.
Standard AV Rooms
Standard AV Spaces fall into a larger, wider category where it may get into a boardroom, all-hands area, training classroom, flexible configuration or multi-use meeting space. There is typically a more extensive set of capabilities.
Zoom’s Professional Services Organization with Think Fast Track provisioning can tailor to the special needs and interests based on the room’s specific function.
